Product Nature:
All products are handmade in small batches using naturally derived ingredients. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.
Pre-Made & Made-to-Order Items:
Some products are pre-made and ready to ship, while others may be produced in small batches or upon restock. Processing times may vary depending on availability. Estimated timelines are indicated on each product listing.
Skin Compatibility:
Our products are crafted to be gentle; however, individual skin reactions may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Culture & Lather Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions, allergies, or sensitivities.
Product Use:
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Please store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain quality.
Orders & Payments:
Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (except for Cash on Delivery orders). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Culture & Lather Co. is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for selected areas. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order. Refusal of COD orders may affect future purchasing eligibility.
Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

All content, branding, product names, and images are the property of Culture & Lather Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
