Refund Policy

At Culture & Lather Co., each product is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Used or opened products
• Change of mind
• Personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or skin compatibility)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. We will assess and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

Non-Returnable Conditions
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, items must remain unused and in original condition to be eligible for any replacement.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future purchases.

 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

 

Skin Reactions
As each individual’s skin is different, we recommend performing a patch test before use. Culture & Lather Co. is not liable for any adverse skin reactions.
